Management of Hotel Services
We will serve as the principal liaison with the hotel or convention center to facilitate all space requirements and meeting logistics. As conference professionals, we can communicate effectively, avoiding pitfalls and problems that plague novice planners.
Whether it is an opening reception off property or an awards banquet at the hotel, we will handle all details, including logistics, theming and décor and menu planning. From upbeat excitement to black-tie sophistication, we can create it.
The registration process, both prior to the conference and onsite, is a significant “moment of truth” with the attendee and needs to be handled as efficiently and professionally as possible. Complete registration services are available, including data input and management, income management, confirmation letters, timely progress reports, name badges and attendee listings for onsite distribution.
Trade Show Management
We will help select a show contractor or work with a desired vendor. We will assist in designing the layout of the show, liaise with the show contractor and facilitate all communications with exhibitors. To provide a seamless event, we will handle the onsite execution.
A significant number of vendors are required for any successful conference, and we can manage all the relationships, including audio visual, transportation, photography, theming, florists and other outside vendors. We can negotiate the best rates, adding the savings to the bottom line.
