He has served in management positions since the beginning of his career, honing his skills in running successful, vital organizations. Most recently, he spent 13 years in high-level association management, responsible for such groups as the Society for Foodservice Management, International Inflight Food Service Association, the National Association of Catering Executives and the American Correctional Food Service Association.       He understands the issues that face professional organizations: Yearly change in volunteer leadership and the challenges it provides to management Budget constraints of not-for-profit organizations Challenges involved with recruiting and working with an ever-decreasing supply of volunteer members Challenges of clearly defining a market position The integration of rapidly changing technology into the organization’s structure   Greg brings to the table a penchant for grasping the big picture, setting goals and accomplishing them.
